SHIPPING TIMES

• In-store collection available within 8 to 15 business days
• Purchases are delivered in an orange or/and white box filled with a polyethylene box for storing it, with the exception of certain items

 EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUND

If you meet any of following problem, please send us a little Email or chat online within 14 days. We will deal with refund or exchange asap, refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns or exchanges and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
